We’re back from camp and it was quite an experience. So we didn’t end up writing 25,000 words or even close. I will say that we have made progress with the novel in terms of planning. This month has been a month of falling off the tightrope and climbing back on.
It was a good experience to see where I was in terms of being a writer and the fears of novel writing. Those fears showed me what I need to work through in order to feel confident and comfortable.
Also, it showed me where my mind focused on most, which is this blog. During this time, my major concern was still having five posts for the month and monitoring views. I was getting more blog ideas than novel writing done.
I had started a few good habits on here and Instagram and I wanted to continue moving forward. If you haven’t noticed our site address has changed and is now themadnessfamily.com. We now have our own domain! It’s pretty cool and I’m happy with the new addition to our journey.
So we are back and ready to keep going with new blog posts and hopefully soon great news to share. Here’s to Camp NaNoWriMo and the many things we learned.

you remain an inspiration – KEEP DOING YOU!
Thank you 😊
